🡐 1912 Season

1911 was the first season of Monroe football and would see the first victory in the history of the team. The very first game in Monroe history would be against Snohomish, a 22-0 defeat that marked the beginning a longstanding rivalry between the neighboring towns. After starting 0-3, the team secured its first ever victory when they defeated Arlington 15-0 at home. Despite a lowly 1-4 record, the team showed that it would compete with other local schools. Coach Bird left the program after the season was over and was replaced by E.G. Rhode.
