The 1922 Bearcats season is the least documented so not much can be definitively said about it. Only a handful of scores have been uncovered so far and it seems Monroe played more games than it was originally scheduled to play. The Everett Herald reported that the Bearcats finished with a 3-7 record, though this is inaccurate as Monroe defeated at least four teams. The most notable fact about the season is that it featured the first ever game between Lake Stevens and Monroe, a rivalry that is still being played almost a century later.
