Despite finishing 5-5 the year before, the 2007 Bearcats season would be one of the worst in team history. The ‘Cats would be shutout five times during the season, including four straight shutouts in the middle of the season. The closest the team came to a victory would be in the last week against Shorewood where they would fall 17-14, sealing a winless 0-10 record. Following the season, the program moved on from Coach Hannan and hired Dave Telford as the new head coach.
