The 2015 season marked a pivotal point in the Bearcat football program as it was the first season with Michael Bumpus as the head coach. Despite the similarities in outcome to the 2014 season, this season displayed characteristics that would be an indication of things to come, a strong running offense backed with a lights out defense. Back to back losses to Kamiak and Lake Stevens once again marred a solid 4-0 start that featured a 55-0 drubbing over longtime rival Snohomish. After finishing the season 7-2, the Bearcats would fall in the qualifying playoff round to Skyview in a close game.
